I say all of the time how much I love “event” sessions. First birthday party session, 90th birthday parties, or Gender Reveal Parties are amongst my absolutely favorite things to shoot(besides weddings of course). I love seeing families together celebrating!

Lauryn and John-Michael came in from Houston to reveal their baby’s gender to their Baton Rouge family and friends and asked me to capture the party. I was super excited because I knew I would capture pure joy at the reveal and well that’s super gratifying!
